Elegant in the Sunlight
A collection of works inspired by Texas flowers blowing in the wind and how, to me, they represent the women of strength in my life.
If you’re like me, you know or have known women of strength. Many women have shaped me into who I am today, and I do not doubt that many more will continue to impact my life.
These paintings are in honor of all of you (you know who you are) who have walked your own path, supported other’s paths, started over from scratch, have been the matriarch of a family, battled a disease with courage and grace, shared your strength with someone battling a disease, and all the while loved your people without abandon.
I hear you. I see you. Thank you for nurturing me, listening, and guiding me. You are and will always be loved and treasured.
